Original Authorship & Creator Rights
All design systems, UI kits, icon libraries, typographic specimens, grid templates, motion mockups, Figma components, 3D renderings, and associated creative assets published on this website (satzc.com) are exclusively conceived, authored, and designed by Satheesh Chandran.
All rights, title, interest, and moral rights in and to the creative assets remain with Satheesh Chandran. Accessing or downloading these materials does not transfer intellectual property ownership to any individual or entity.
Permitted Personal & Educational Use
Assets designated under the Free Downloads section are made available at zero cost solely under the following conditional license:
- Personal Skill Development: You may inspect, disassemble, inspect layout architecture, and learn from the construction techniques used within the source files.
- Internal Pitch & Concept Prototyping: You may use the assets in non-public internal concept tests or speculative student projects.
- Attribution: Whenever demonstrating non-commercial projects utilizing these frameworks, you must include a visible credit line: "Design framework by Satheesh Chandran (satzc.com)".
Absolute Prohibition on Commercial Exploitation
You are strictly prohibited from commercializing the downloaded assets in any format. Specifically, you may NOT:
- Sell, resell, sub-license, lease, or distribute these assets for monetary or cryptocurrency consideration.

- Incorporate the assets into client deliverable packages where the asset itself constitutes the billable work product without significant transformation and explicit prior written authorization.
